Description

The subject of the tender is the participation in the award of the contract (exclusively in technical matters), the site supervision and the documentation of the 3 building construction projects of the BVD site in SXF-North. The 3 projects are part of a larger area which is currently being developed. There are interfaces to outdoor facilities, media development and trades which are directly commissioned by the AG, e.g. TK-IT. The construction services are tendered on the basis of a functional performance description (FLB) and the draft and approval planning; the execution planning is prepared by the general contractor himself. It should be noted that each project could be built by an entrepreneur. 3 buildings are involved in the building construction projects: The social building, has 3 full floors, approx. 3 225 m2 GFA and approx. 11 765 cbm gross capacity. The building is approx. 79.90 m long and 14.10 m wide, as well as 10.90 m high. On the 3 floors there is a mixed use consisting of office, break, changing room and sanitary areas. The vehicle hall is mostly single-storey, a small area in the warehouse is arranged over 2 storeys and has a total area of approx. 2,410 m2 GFA and 17,010 cbm gross capacity. The building is approx. 77.40 m long, 31.40 m wide and approx. 7.00 m high. It consists of 2 areas of use, a warm hall area of approx. 958 m2 and a cold hall area of approx. 1 452 m2. The hall is used for storage areas as well as vehicle parking areas for de-icers, fresh water and faeces trolleys and tractors. The access control point (ZKS) is single-storey, has a gross floor area of approx. 325 m2 and a gross cubic capacity of approx. 1,950 cbm. The building is approx. 20.80 m long, approx. 15.80 m high and approx. 6.00 m high. It has 2 roofed entry lanes and one roofed exit lane and contains all the necessary technical equipment for passenger and goods control. The outdoor facilities are not part of the scope of services. The buildings are located in the airside area of the airport, but are excluded from the air traffic areas for the entire construction period and have a separate access road to the construction site.
