Description

The subject of the Order is the provision by the Engineer of the Contract of comprehensive services consisting in performing on behalf and for the Principal the function of the Contract Engineer in the implementation of the Investment under the name "Adaptation of heat sources to the requirements of the BAT Conclusions" in Radpec S.A. The investment will consist in the comprehensive implementation of the Flue Gas Purification Installation in the "design and build" formula by the General Contractor of the BAT in the South and North Heat Distribution Heat Distribution Plants, i.e. the "BAT" in the South and the "North" Heat Distribution Plants. administrative decisions, design, delivery of equipment and equipment, construction and installation of a complete Flue Gas Purification Installation (which will reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides, dusts, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen fluoride, mercury and ammonia in sources in Radpec S.A.), start-up, start-up, all tests and trials to check the correctness of operation of all installations, until the date of acceptance and commissioning of all Stages of the Flue Gas Purification Installation together with complete executive and as-built documentation, DTR, instructions for use of all Stages of the Flue Gas Purification Installation together with complete executive and as-built documentation, DTR, instructions for use of all Stages of the Exhaust Gas Purification Installation together with complete executive and as-built documentation, DTR, instructions for use of the instruction for the installation, as-built and as-built documentation, DTR, instructions for use of all Stages of the Exhaust Gas Purification Installation. Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority commissions the Engineer to perform comprehensive Services, including: 1.1. substantive support in the technical assessment of the offers and documents attached to them within the framework of public procurement procedures for the selection of the General Contractor of the BAT, 1.2. organizational preparation of the Investment with regard to the responsibilities of the Contracting Authority, including the conduct of coordination meetings, e.g. with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Finance. 1.3. conducting - on behalf of the Contracting Authority - control and supervision over the construction of the Exhaust Gas Treatment Facility and its commissioning in accordance with the Contract for Execution concluded with the General Contractor of the Enforcement Services, 1.4. performing commissioning during the construction of the Enforcement Gas Treatment Facility,1.4.5. organizational, technical and economic support for the Contracting Authority during the whole process of the Project implementation,1.6. supervision over warranty tests and removal of defects and faults of the Flue Gas Purification Installation by the General Contractor of the BAT during the implementation of the subject of the contract.2The detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract, the manner and conditions of its execution and the requirements of the Contracting Authority are presented in Part II and Part III of the ToR.
