Description

Supervision over the design and execution of works and management of the contract entitled: "Design and construction of the ring road of Leipzig within the national road No 79".
Supervision over the design and execution of works and management of the contract entitled: "Design and construction of the ring road of Leipzig within national road No 79".The service includes the performance of the consultant's duties under the contract, based on the OWK and SWK, in particular:- supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verifying the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors,- managing, supervising the investor and controlling the execution of works until the date of issuing the final payment certificate,- carrying out information and promotion activities related to the project implementation and cooperation in this respect with the services of GDDKiA, - fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with the services of GDDKiA, - fulfilling obligations resulting from procedures included in binding requirements/guidelines concerning investments co-financed from EU funds and procedures of project beneficiaries for OPI&E,- providing investor's supervision over the execution of construction works and participation in warranty reviews and supervising the removal of possible faults/defects found in warranty reviews, under the concluded contract,- performing tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme,- supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the project,- supervising design works and works within the scope of additional tasks necessary for project execution, resulting from the contract execution - awarded on the basis of the Public Procurement Law, - constant monitoring, conducting and resolving issues related to proper execution by particular Contractors, Contractor's documents and construction works at the interface with the existing infrastructure.
