Description
The basic duties of a supervisory inspector include, in particular:a) fulfilment of obligations assigned to the Investor's Supervision included in the agreement for the execution of construction works (Annex 10 to the ToR); b) supervision over the execution of works and their financing in accordance with the works schedule; c) participation in technical, problematic and other meetings organised by all parties to the investment process, including those convened at the initiative of the Awarding Entity's representative;d) keeping documentation related to the project implementation, preparation of correspondence projects related to the works carried out for the benefit of administration and control bodies; e) initiating or issuing opinions on proposals for amendments to the agreement, or execution of additional works (Article 4 of the Act on Public Procurement). 67 (1)(6) of the PPL Act), including verification of the necessity of their implementation, compliance with the provisions of law, preparation of necessary documentation. In the same scope, the Contractor shall be obliged, in the event of the necessity to use alternative solutions and materials, or in the event of the disclosure of defects in the design documentation; f) to take all actions enabling proper execution of works; g) to conduct technical supervision over the execution of works in accordance with the Construction Law; h) to perform coordination functions on the construction site; i) to manage a team of industry supervision inspectors; j) to provide ongoing consulting and professional advice to the Investor;k) timely preparation of documents necessary for settlements with the contractor, including preparation of settlement documents, reports and other documents required for the execution of works, cooperation in this respect with the Investor, designer and contractor; l) taking all necessary actions to protect the interests of the Investor; m) within 1 year from the final acceptance of construction works, supporting the Contracting Authority's activities aimed at fulfilling the obligations of the contractor resulting from the guarantee and warranty; n) exercising supervision over the construction works carried out in accordance with Art.
