The subject of the tendered service is the manufacture, filling and delivery of 720,000 tubes of UV protection agent with imprint to two addresses within Germany.
The subject of the tender is the manufacture, filling and delivery of 720,000 tubes of UV protection agent with imprint to two addresses within Germany, divided as follows:- 690,000 tubes for BGB BAU;- 30,000 tubes for SVFLG-The bidding company must specify a delivery period (in calendar weeks) in the price sheet. The tubes to be supplied must be delivered to the delivery address at the latest at the end of the delivery period specified by the contractor in the price sheet. Partial deliveries are possible as follows:a) at least 100,000 tubes to BG BAU at the earliest date offered;b) at least 200,000 tubes to BG BAU within four weeks after the date offered;c) the remaining tubes including overproduction to BG BAU within twelve weeks after the date offered;d) 30,000 tubes to SVFLG at the earliest date offered.The product must have at least the following characteristics:- The product complies with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 (EU Cosmetics Regulation) of the European Parliament and that of the Cosmetic Products Regulation (D Cosmetics Regulation) of July 2014;- Cream or gel;- Sun protection factor 30 (UV-B);- Additional UV-A protection;- Photostable UV filters;- Water, abrasion and perspiration resistant;- Does not cause skin or eye irritation;- Fragrance free;- Without chloromethylisothiazolinone/methylisothiazolinone (CMI/MI);- Shelf life 3 years after shipment and 6 months after opening;- VPE size min. 100 ml, maximum 150 ml;-The product may have other following properties:- SPF 50 (UV-B) or higher;- without homosalates;- without octocrylene;- without benzophenones;- without 4-methylbenzylidene camphor;- without ethylhexyl methoxycinnamates;- without isoamyl p-methoxycinnamates;- silicone-free;- DAAB label;- free of microplastics;- free of solid and liquid synthetic plastics that are not biodegradable.-The packaging must have at least the following characteristics:- tube;- content: at least 100 ml, maximum 150 ml;- labeling in accordance with legal requirements;- color-fast imprint of an advertising message.-The packaging may have the following additional characteristics:- hinged lid (no screw cap);- post-consumer recycled (PCR) content of at least 30 percent of the total weight of the plastic packaging.
