The subject of the order is the construction and equipment of the power supply station, including:1.1. construction of the power supply station building with the following parameters: - building area of 182.49 m2,- storey: 1,- building height: 6 m,- construction: traditional, brick with a dense ribbed roof on beams, founded on the foundation slab g. 40 cm;1.2. power supply station equipment for electric bus chargers and own needs of the bus depot: - single-level RSN switchgear, 14-floor switchgear with two-part cells, free-standing with air insulation 17.5 kV, with vacuum switches 17.5 kV, 630 A,- power transformers: dry two-winding resin 15.75/0.4 kV with power 800 kVA - 2 pcs..,- low-voltage main switchgear RGnn 1 250 A, two-section 12-pole.

Power supply station equipment for electric bus chargers and the bus depot's own needs: - single-level RSN switchgear, 14-floor switchgear with two-part cells, free-standing with air insulation 17.5 kV, with vacuum switches 17.5 kV, 630 A,- power transformers: dry two-winding resin 15.75/0.4 kV with power 800 kVA - 2 pcs,- low-voltage main switchgear RGnn 1 250 A, two-section 12-field switchgear. The Contractor's responsibilities include preparing infrastructure for installation and assembly of ZPK1, ZPK2 and ZPK3 rectifier units and RPS direct current switchgears not subject to the order. This infrastructure includes foundations, teletechnical channels and culverts, which are included in the project and are covered by the subject of the contract. Delivery, installation and assembly of ZPK1, ZPK2 and ZPK3 rectifier units and RPS direct current switchgear will be the subject of a separate order at a later date.1.2 Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract referred to in item 1.1. includes:1.2.1. construction and executive design - Annex No. 12 to the ToR (part III of the ToR - OPZ);1.2.2. the Contracting Authority's requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract - Annex No. 13 to the ToR (part III of the ToR - OPZ);1.2.3. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - Annex No. 14 to the ToR (part III of the ToR - OPZ);1.2.3. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - Annex No. 14 to the ToR (part III of the ToR - OPZ). 1.2.4. auxiliary measurements of works - Annex No. 15 to the ToR (Part III of the ToR - OPZ).1.3. The object must meet the requirements arising from the provisions of generally applicable law, including in particular those set out in the Act of 7.7.1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186, as amended) and in the current executive regulations to the aforementioned Act.1.4 The task will be performed in accordance with the "Contractual Terms and Conditions for Construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Contracting Authority 4th English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 (translation 1. 1999 edition)", prepared by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils), PO Box 311, CH-1215 Geneva 15, issued by the Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts (SIDIR), amended in accordance with the content of the Special Terms and Conditions of the Contract, taking into account all documents specifying the Task and the conditions of its execution.22.2.2. the Period of Reporting Defects 12 months from the date of issuing the Take-over Certificate for the entire works and Works covered by the Contract.2.3. the period of quality guarantee for the completed subject matter of the order - according to the Contractor's Offer, calculated from the date of issuing the Take-over Certificate for the entire Works covered by the Contract.2.4 The warranty period for physical defects (concerns both real estate and movables, i.e. the object and the delivered equipment) - 60 months from the date of issuing the Take-over Certificate for the entire Works and Works covered by the Contract.
