Summary
By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from Contractor whose main function will be to assemble and oversee the Subject Matter Experts, and coordinate the logistics of Expert Review Panel meetings to be held between 2020 and 2023. Specifically, the Contractor will:

Recruit and maintain a pool of SMEs;
Coordinate the participation of SMEs in review panel session(s).

Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement (WTO) on the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA). the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPaFTA).
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
