Description
The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, acting under the powers delegated by the European Commission, is launching this invitation to tender for a study on the contribution of the circular economy to EU climate policies. The general objective of the study on the contribution of the circular economy to EU climate policies is to feed into the reflection over the contribution of the circular economy to addressing climate change, primarily climate change mitigation, but also adaptation, through a methodology leading to an analytical framework. This study will focus exclusively on future GHG emissions.
