Braunschweig Municipal Hospital, Location 3 - Celler Str. 38 Renovation radiology and radiation therapy, S3 Section A Linac Lot 1 - carcass work. In the Braunschweig Municipal Clinic, large medical equipment is replaced during ongoing operations in various measures. The project in question is the extension of a 2-storey building. On the ground floor the room for the linear accelerator including a separate technical room, medical service, changing rooms, WC and corridor will be arranged. The technical centre will be located on the upper floor. The reconstruction takes place during the ongoing operation of the adjacent rooms. scope of services:- Construction site equipment: approx. 80 m2, incl. 105 m fence, power supply, construction water, sanitary container, dewatering etc. as well as mobile crane;- Scaffolding work: approx. 540 m2 facade scaffolding with reconstruction, scaffolding cladding, approx. Earthworks: approx. 350 m2 of paving, approx. 285 m³ of excavation pit excavation - removal and disposal, installation, backfilling approx. 120 m³;- Drainage channel/drainage work: approx. 130 m³ of pipe trench excavation - removal and disposal, approx. 80 m drainage pipes, inspection shafts;- Masonry work: 135 m2 exterior masonry, 350 m2 load-bearing interior/exterior masonry, 30 m2 sealing concrete and - Reinforced concrete work: 155 m2 reinforced concrete floor slab, 240 m2 perimeter insulation, 140 m2 baryte steel concrete walls, 106 m2 filigree ceilings, 90 m2 baryte steel concrete ceilings, 175 m2 prestressed concrete ceiling;- Steel construction work: 1 escape staircase, approx. 8 t sectional steel installation;- Demolition work: 1 steel staircase, 1 m³ foundations, 70 m2 clinker facade, incl. facing, windows and doors, 45 m ground pipes, inspection shafts;- Plaster and stucco work: 130 m2 ETICS, 500 m2 lime-cement interior plaster 2 layers;- Metal construction work: 150 t lead plates on walls and ceilings delivered and installed.
