Poland - Street lighting maintenance services

Description

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Chapter III of the ToR and Annexes to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the street lighting equipment of the city of Białystok, which consists, among others, of
1) Providing street lighting (all luminaires) at the fixed hours, with reference to the sunrise and sunset time specified in Annex 3 to the ToR (Annex 4 to the contract) and providing appropriate controllers compatible with the city lighting control system (the Ordering Party may change the time of switching on/off luminaires by a separate letter).
2) Maintain lighting fixtures in proper technical condition so that dirt or partial damage does not reduce their efficiency.
3) Maintenance of the mains power supply for lighting devices in a proper technical condition so as to ensure their proper operation.
4) Maintenance of the pole structure in a proper aesthetic condition by removing unnecessary stickers and the pole surroundings at a distance of up to 0,5 m by removing unnecessary vegetation.
5) Maintain a uniform type of arms, luminaires, pillars and light sources within a specific string of lanterns, unless the road geometry requires otherwise.
6) Making systematic - once a day, night detours related to the proper functioning of luminaires and min. 1 time per month for other lighting devices, including control and power supply devices - ensuring their proper operation, with particular emphasis on anti-shock safety, requirements for the operation of power equipment, applicable standards and legislation.
