The subject of the contract is to perform in the city of Mława: collection and removal of pollutants from the area of roads and roadsides, cleaning of roads, pavements, parking lots, squares, street bays, bicycle paths, washing squares, winter maintenance of pavements, parking lots, squares, bicycle paths and pedestrian crossings, emptying street baskets, year-round maintenance of public transport stops, mass event service, collection and disposal of waste collected in bags, interventional collection and removal of pollutants, snow export.Within the framework of the order, the Contractor shall perform the following works: 1. 2. mechanical, chemical and manual road cleaning; 3. mechanical, chemical and manual cleaning of pavements, parking lots, squares, parking bays and bicycle paths; 4. mechanical and manual washing of squares;5. 6. winter maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots, squares, squares, sidewalks and bicycle lanes; 7. winter maintenance of pedestrian crossings; 8. emptying of street baskets, including:9. year-round maintenance of Mława City Transport stops;10. mass event service;11. collecting pollution from roadsides;12. collecting and transporting for disposal of waste collected in bags;13. interventional collection and removal of pollution, including by means of:14. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the current maintenance, service and operation of the municipal toilet in Mława at 4 Wigury Street Wigury. Basic data of the toilet: usable area 41.6 m2, one room for women's toilets, 1 room for men's toilets, 1 room for service, 2 corridors, vestibule, external staircase.Furnishings:- ladies' toilet (4 cabins with lavatories, 2 washbasins, 1 electric water heater, 1 hand dryer, 1 electric heater),- men's toilet (4 cabins with lavatories, 3 urinals, 2 washbasins, 1 electric water heater, 1 hand dryer, 1 electric heater),- service room (1 electric heater).The scope of the pre-order includes: 1) providing the service of the toilet on working days from 8:00 to 18:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10:00 to 16:00;2) maintaining proper hygienic and sanitary condition inside the toilet, in accordance with the requirements of the county. Inspector. Sanitarn. and the Act on Prevention and Suppression of Infectious Infections and Diseases in Human Beings;3) maintaining order and cleanliness outside the toilet and combating winter slipperyness;4) securing cleaning and disinfection products in quantities that guarantee proper compliance with sanitary requirements, cleanliness of rooms, disinfection of toilet facilities;5) securing cleaning and personal hygiene products such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels;6) painting walls and ceilings of the toilet once a year (April/May). Making necessary repairs and painting in a different period of time if necessary. In the event of façade and vestibule contamination or façade damage caused by weather conditions or acts of vandalism - immediately after such damage occurs;7) immediate replenishment of defrosted floor tiles of the external staircase or wall, both inside and outside the rooms;8) ensuring continuous and safe operation of water, sewage and electrical systems and equipment, performing necessary repairs or replacement of equipment;9) performing minor repairs resulting from the operation of the facility (replacement of bulbs, replacement of gaskets in batteries, rubber hoses, cistern elements, etc.).);10) protection of water supply and sewage systems against freezing in winter by heating the toilets with electric heaters. Allowing the installation to be destroyed due to frost will result in the need for the Contractor to restore the installation to working order at his own expense;11) immediately remove the consequences of failures and random events;12) collect fees for using the toilet in the amount specified by the Ordering Party, record them through the fiscal cash register and issue receipts after the receivables have been collected;13) notifying the Employer's designated employee and relevant authorities of any acts of vandalism causing damage to property located in the toilet facility;14) preparing and placing in a visible place a plate with opening hours and price list for the use of services;15) concluding contracts:a. for the supply of electricity; b. for the supply of water and the disposal of waste water; c. for the export of solid waste; d. for the export of waste water. insurance against fire, flooding, random events, acts of vandalism;16) incurring costs and timely payment of charges for used electricity, water, sewage disposal, waste disposal, insurance and property tax associated with conducting business activities in the toilet;17) providing the possibility of using the toilet outside the opening hours of the toilet during the organization of outdoor mass events without additional fee upon written notification of the Ordering Party;18) keeping records of sales of services in the use of the municipal toilet;19) the amount of fees for the use of the toilet shall be indicated by the Ordering Party.
