Service of transport, deposit and dismantling of vehicles intervened by the judicial authority in the judicial districts of Figueres, La Seu d'Urgell and the territorial area of Terres de l'Ebre.Dossier affected by Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March (Royal Decree 463) on the declaration of the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19 through the 3rd Additional Provision of the declaration of the suspension of the deadlines for the processing of procedures by public sector entities. The suspension is lifted on 7.5.2020 by the eighth additional provision of Royal Decree Law 17/20, of 5 May, on support measures for the cultural and tax sector to deal with the economic and social impact of COVID-19.
Tender budget: EUR 493 309,74 of which EUR 407 694,00 corresponds to the contract price and EUR 85 615,74 to 21 % VAT. La Seu d'Urgell judicial district, tender budget: EUR 78 250.70 of which EUR 64 670.00 corresponds to the contract price and EUR 13 580.70 to 21 % VAT. Terres de l'Ebre Judicial DistrictBudget for tender: EUR 102 398.67 of which EUR 84 627.00 corresponds to the price of the contract and EUR 17 771.67 to 21 % VAT.
