Description

SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:
Work to be done under this Contract consists of the complete reconstruction of the timber float at Steveston (Gulf of Gerogia) Site, located south of Third Avenue Road at Richmond, BC.
The work generally consists of the supply of small tools, heavy equipment, operators and labourers, and the supply of material to Site Work Tasks as directed by the Departmental Representative. Work Tasks include, but are not limited to the following items:

Mobilization / Demobilization
Timber Pile Extraction (12” and 14” creosote piles).
Disposal of treated timber float and treated timber piles.
Install owner supply timber float.
Supply and Install Steel pipe piles.
Supply and deliver fully fabricated fiberglass pontoons.

SITE VISIT:
There is no mandatory site visit.
PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE:
The minimum acceptable amount of Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance is $2,000,000.00 per occurrence. All tenders must be accompanied by confirmation from the
tenderer’s insurance company that the required insurance will be available upon contract award.
