Chile - Sterile oncological master preparations

Description

The purpose of the tender is to have a Supply Contract for HCM 2020-2021 Ready-to-Delivery Solutions for Injectable Oncology Formulations and Parenteral Nutrition for the purchase of products that may be applicable to
- Oncological solutions ready to be administered, which include the medicines in different therapeutic ranges depending on each patient.
- Ready-to-use parenteral nutrition solutions, which include the medications in different volumes of bags depending on each patient.
- Oncological preparations only (in specific cases where the Hospital is in favour of sending the medication)
These preparations will be made only during the period in which the Central Mixing IV of the Hospital's Pharmacy RC is in the period of repair, maintenance, and/or validation of areas and equipment, to comply with the General Technical Standard No. 59 for the Handling of Sterile Medicines in Hospital Pharmacies and General Technical Standard No. 25 for the Handling of Antineoplastic Medicines. There are 3 periods programmed for the validation of the Central de Mezclas I.V. during the year, with an approximate duration of 1 week each period. However, it is also possible to appeal in case of unforeseen events at the Mixing Plant.
The other purpose of the tender is to have a Contract for the Supply of Ready Solutions to Administer Injectable Oncological Preparations and/or Parenteral Nutrition HCM 2020-2021, which will allow the timely supply of the products required for the care of the users of the Hospital for the years 2020 and 2021, in circumstances where these products were not provided by the Health Services Supply Center or in electronic catalogues of the Framework Agreement, or in the Coordinated or Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or their acquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of this bid, whose most advantageous conditions shall be informed in the corresponding opportunity to the Purchasing Department, in accordance with Article 15 of the Decree.S. No. 250 of 2004 of the Ministry of Finance
The foundation consists of establishing a commitment to purchase and sell, which will be made effective through the signing of supply contracts, which will regulate the process of acquiring products, and which will materialize every time it is necessary, through the issuance of purchase orders sent to the supplier through the platform www.mercadopublico.cl.
During the entire period of the contract, the products will be requested in the month that the Hospital deems appropriate, committing the successful bidder to disseminate this type of purchase to all instances involved in its sales process.
