Production and delivery of welded steel pipes for the transport of drinking waterAccording to DIN EN 10217-1 under consideration of DIN EN 10224 and applicable passages in DIN 2460, dimensions according to DIN EN 10220.1920 m steel pipes DN 600; dimensions 610 X 7.1 mm, ZM / PE-v + FZM, material P235TR2, material no. 1.0255, length of single pipe rods 16 m, total of 120 rodsAll pipes with ZM lining for drinking water pipes according to DIN EN 10298, CEM I in conjunction with DIN 2880, with hygienic requirements according to DVGW worksheet W 347 in conjunction with W 270, KTW recommendations or Evaluation basis for plastics and other organic materials in contact with drinking water of the UBA, German Drinking Water Ordinance and DIN 2000, with reinforced PE-v outer coating according to DIN 30670, colour black, minimum layer thickness 3.7 mm and additional FZM coating in standard design (FZM-N) according to the manufacturer's instructions and DVGW Worksheet GW 340 for mechanical protection, minimum layer thickness 7 mm, pipes must be sealed at the pipe ends with plastic caps:- with 3.1-acceptance test certificates for steel pipes, for ZM, for PE-v, for FZM and- with 3.2-acceptance test certificate by an approved testing institute according to DIN EN 10204.
