Description

The consultation is structured around several types of services: - statutory audit missions (mandatory work) on the statutory social accounts for entities resulting, as part of the railway reform, from the current public rail group (current EPIC SNCF, Réseau et Mobilités) and Geodis interservices; - statutory missions will be carried out in co-CACS for some entities and in single CACS for others.- statutory audit assignments (mandatory work) on the consolidated financial statements for:-- the accounts of the SNCF group,-- the accounts of the Réseau group, including specific assignments (depending on the structure: separate account certifications, review of quarterly accounts, specific assignments, the possibility for the group's other subsidiaries to evolve towards the CACS appointed following the tender procedure under specific financial conditions via a beneficiary clause),- a catalogue of standard services for related assignments performed by the auditors (SACC).
