Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to supply office stationery. Direct procurement by the ordering structures. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is EUR 400 000,00 net of VAT (ceiling). If the total value of the orders issued by the Bank's structures under the framework agreement reaches the maximum ceiling value (EUR 400 000,00 net of VAT) before the four-year deadline, the framework agreement will be deemed to have been concluded. The amount of security charges for interference risks is zero and, therefore, the DUVRI is not prepared. The estimated amounts of the supply are indicative and, therefore, the bank is not bound to purchase the quantities foreseen for each of the stationery items.
