Description

The subject matter of the contract is to provide services of searching and entering into the database on a contact platform personal data and CV of a total of 100 candidates for employment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 1 to the ToR) and in the model contract (Annex 2 to the ToR).3 The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting partial offers. The service includes searching and entering personal data and CVs of 100 candidates in total into the contact platform database. It is not possible for several contractors to execute the contract.
1. are not subject to exclusion pursuant to provisions of Art. 108 (1) of the PPL Act, whereunder a contractor is excluded from the award proceedings:1) being a natural person who has been validly convicted of a crime involving: a) participation in an organized criminal group or association with intent to commit a crime or fiscal offence referred to in Art. 258 of the Penal Code,b) trafficking in human beings as referred to in Art. 189a of the Penal Code,c) referred to in Art. 228-230a, Art. 250a of the Penal Code or in Art. 46 or Art. 48 of the Act on Sport of 25 June 2010,d) financing of a terrorist offence, referred to in Art. 165a of the Penal Code, or of preventing or hindering the determination of the criminal origin of money or the concealment of its origin, referred to in Art. 299 of the Penal Code,e) of a terrorist nature, referred to in Art. 115 § 20 of the Penal Code, or aiming at committing this offence,f) entrusting work to a minor foreigner, referred to in Art. 9.2 of the Act of 15 June 2012 on the effects of delegating work to foreigners unlawfully residing on the territory of the Republic of Poland (Dz. U. No. 769),g) an offence against economic turnover referred to in Articles 296-307 of the Penal Code, an offence against fraud referred to in Article 286 of the Penal Code, an offence against credibility of documents referred to in Articles 270-277d of the Penal Code, or a fiscal offence,h) referred to in Article 9, sections 1 and 3 or Article 10 of the Act of 15 June 2012 2) if the incumbent member of its managing or supervisory body, a partner in a general partnership or partnership, a general partner in a limited partnership or a limited joint-stock partnership, or a proxy has been validly convicted of an offence referred to in item 1;3) against whom a final court judgement or a final administrative decision on default of payment of taxes, fees or contributions for social or health insurance was issued, unless the economic operator, respectively before the deadline for submission of requests to participate in the proceedings or before the deadline for submission of tenders, made the payment of due taxes, fees or contributions for social or health insurance together with interest or fines, or entered into a binding agreement on the repayment of these receivables;5) if the contracting authority can confirm, based on reliable grounds, that the economic operator entered into an agreement with other economic operators in order to distort competition, in particular if they belong to the same capital group as defined in the Act of 16 February 2007. on competition and consumer protection, have submitted separate tenders, partial tenders or requests to participate in the procedure, unless they prove that they prepared those tenders or requests independently of each other;6) if, in the cases referred to in Art. 85 (1), there has been a distortion of competition resulting from previous involvement of that economic operator or an entity which belongs to the same capital group with the economic operator within the meaning of the Act of 16 February 2007. on competition and consumer protection unless the distortion of competition caused by such action can be eliminated otherwise than by excluding the Economic Operator from participation in the procurement procedure, and the Economic Operator shall be excluded pursuant to provisions of Art. 110 and 111 of the PPL Act, as far as these provisions refer to obligatory exclusion grounds.2. meet the conditions for participation in the proceeding
