Description of the Requirement : Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires the services of a Senior Staffing Consultant to assist with Contracting and Material Services (CMS) staffing processes. The Senior Staffing Consultant must, in addition to the tasks identified in the statement of work, draft Statement of Merit Criterias (SOMCs) and evaluation criteria as well as mark exams, give debriefs, and conduct interviews with the assistance of a representative from the CMS team. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to  Annex 9.4  of the Supply Manual. Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 104 days per year.
