The subject of this call for tenders is a framework contract with a media agency for support and consulting services for the placement of job advertisements on relevant online portals. The goal is to realize a target group specific and promising approach of the wanted persons (m/f/d) on different job portals. To this end, the media agency's current consulting services are to be used to identify a suitable job exchange with the aim of publishing open vacancies on the Internet in a targeted manner according to target groups.200 vacancies are currently published on various job exchanges every year, with the majority (60%) being published on the StepStone job portal and continuing to be targeted. Other portals will also be used in the future, depending on the target group, in order to guarantee or increase the reach of the job offers many times over. In some cases, individual calls for tenders are to be published in parallel on several portals.
