"In St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, on boulevard du Séminaire nord, between rue St-Louis and the railway viaduct (north of rue Foch). »
The space must be approximately 362 square metres (3,900 square feet), measured indoors according to the SAQ's measurement rules. The premises must have a street front, on one level and be located on the ground floor. The distribution of the total area requested must be 67% for the sales area and 33% for the storage and service area. The premises must have 30 parking spaces for our exclusive use for private parking or 25 spaces exclusive to the SAQ for shared parking. The premises must be delivered on July 10, 2020 and the lease will begin 45 days following the date of delivery of the premises to the tenant.
The original tender document must be completed and returned in a sealed envelope no later than 3 October 2019 at 14:00 to the following address:
