Description
To purchase an instrumental upgrade for Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP) to extend an existing Bruker Avance III HD 400 WB MAS-NMR spectrometer:- Gyrotron high power microwave source with at least 15 W output power at 263 GHz operating frequency,- Cryogenic MAS cooling unit for automated MAS operation at 110 K or below,- 2 cryogenic MAS-DNP probes with rotation frequencies up to 15 kHz or below, respectively, and compatibility with the existing basic instrument, including the use of the Bruker MAS pneumatic unit and temperature control and regulation using Bruker software for recording NMR experiments (TopSpin 3.5).
