Description
The Institute of Pathology at the University of Göttingen intends to acquire two high-resolution mass spectrometers in direct coupling with nano-flow liquid chromatography, which will be used for quantitative proteome analysis in research: "System 1" for advanced method development and "System 2" for routine analysis using the methods developed on "System 1". The costs and time required for installation, making the system ready for operation and instruction/training shall be presented and explained in a transparent manner.
