Description

Co-financing of specialization training for nurses and midwives (for 5 training courses x 25 training places). The contract is divided into 5 separate parts, each with 25 participants. Maximum co-financing of one training place for the whole duration of the specialization for a nurse/midwife starting her/his specialization in 2021 - If the offer price of 1 training place (cost of education of a nurse / midwife) will be equal or lower than the value of PLN 3,950.00, the grant will be equal to the amount offered.Additional condition: the amount of co-financing of the cost of education of a nurse / midwife within specialization training (own contribution paid by the participant) can not be higher than PLN 1,000.00.
Selection of the education provider running the aforementioned specialization training, which will commence in 2021. - The Training Provider is obliged to commence the specialization no later than within 60 days from the date of signing the agreement, after carrying out the qualification procedure (the term "commencement of the specialization" shall be understood as the date of conducting the first classes).The duration of the training must be as specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 30 September 2016 on postgraduate training of nurses and midwives (Journal of Laws, item 1761, as amended) and must be no less than 15 months, and no more than 20 months, and must be in accordance with the hourly dimension specified in the specialization program.
