(1) The subject matter of the contract is the provision of sanitary transport services, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract. (2) The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. Bids that do not contain the full scope of the subject matter of the contract will be rejected.3. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Law.2.The Contracting Authority does not anticipate concluding a framework agreement.3. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate using an electronic auction.4. The Contracting Authority does not intend to establish a dynamic purchasing system.5. The Contracting Authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting variant bids.6. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate making settlements with the contractor in foreign currencies.

The Contracting Authority will provide contractors with information in electronic form via the Bidding Platform. Information regarding answers to questions, changes to the specifications, changes to the deadline for submission and opening of tenders will be posted by the Procuring Entity on the Tender Platform on the tab of the ongoing proceedings. Correspondence addressed to a specific Contractor in accordance with the applicable regulations will be transmitted electronically via the Platform to the specific Contractor.3. Procurement proceedings shall be conducted using electronic means of communication. Encryption of data is carried out using SSL protocol. SSL certificate ensures the confidentiality of data transmission over the Internet. A contractor with an account on the Tender Platform of SP ZOZ in Świdnica: has access to the possibility of submitting, withdrawing a bid, as well as functionalities that allow to ask questions to the content of the SWZ and communicate with the Ordering Party in other areas. The Contracting Authority allows communication with contractors at the email address zamowienia@szpital.swidnica.pl (with the proviso that the bid and its attachments must be submitted on the platform).4.
