Description

The subject matter of the contract is the service of sanitary transport of sitting and lying patients, transport of blood and other biological materials as well as transport of the transplantation team of SPSK-2.2. the estimated quantities of services constituting the subject matter of the contract have been included in the unit price form.3. a detailed description of the requirements regarding the subject matter of the contract and the conditions of its performance is included in Chapter II of the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
1. transport of sitting and lying patients (ambulance with a basic team and with a specialist team), blood and other biological materials in the territory of the city of Szczecin (left-bank and right-bank) and outside the territory of the city of Szczecin;2. ambulance and driver on duty at the Surgical Ward of the Medical University of Szczecin-2 between 7.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. on working days;3. transport of transplantation teams throughout Poland;4. transport of patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the territory of the city of Szczecin
