Description

1.The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor on the territory of the City of Gdansk of transport services for disabled persons and their guardians, in the school year 2020/2021 in accordance with the resolution no. XXXIX/885/13 of the City Council of Gdansk of 25 June 2013 on determining types of transport, rules of use, organization, rights and payments for journeys of disabled persons, adapted minibuses organized by the Municipality of Gdansk, SIA with division into 5 TASKS, with right of option, offer and contract.2Estimated maximum total number of minibuses for 5 TASKS is: 1 326 177 + Optional right 300 000 (for TASKS 3-5)3.Number of buses required for 5 TASKS - 66. + The description of the subject of the order is specified in Chapter 1 of the ToR.
1.The subject matter of the contract is provision by the Contractor on the territory of the City of Gdańsk of transportation services for disabled persons and their guardians, in the school year 2020/2021 in a manner consistent with the resolution no. XXXIX/885/13 of the City Council of Gdańsk of 25 June 2013 on determining types of transportation, rules of use, organization, permissions and payment for transportation of disabled persons, adapted minibuses organized by the City of Gdańsk, Specification of the Terms of Reference with division into parts, with the right of option, offer and this agreement.2. drawing up schedules of routes in tasks /packages based on the list of persons with residential addresses and addresses of kindergartens/schools/offices / centres (hereinafter referred to as "establishments") and updating it. The list of addresses of persons and institutions shall constitute Annex 2 to the contract, which shall be signed after selection of the most advantageous bid submitted by the Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority shall conclude the contract.3. also includes all activities necessary for the proper transportation of disabled persons, in particular to ensure safety and care of the entrusted children/pupils (hereinafter referred to as "children").4.Estimated maximum number of coach-kilometers for Task No. 1 - 126 1775.The transportation of disabled persons in Task No. 1 - shall be performed by specially adapted minibuses in the number of 6 - specified description of the subject matter of the contract, in Chapter 1 of the ToR.6Transportation will be carried out in the period from 01.09.2020 to 25.06.2021, in the school year 2020/2021 on school days, from the date of commencement of educational activities to their completion, according to the calendar of the school year announced by the Ministry of National Education in the opening and closing hours of classes in individual institutions.7The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes in the number of persons and addresses of residence or personal changes in the list of persons to be transported and the addresses of the establishments, of which it will inform the Contractor, without the need to draw up an annex to the contract, if these changes do not result in the need to use more or less cars.8 During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the annual planned maximum number of carters depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. 1.The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor on the territory of the City of Gdańsk of transport services for disabled persons and their guardians, in the school year 2020/2021 in accordance with the resolution no.
