The subject of the contract is the delivery of clothes for security personnel between 2020 and 2021. The subject of the contract is the delivery of clothes for security personnel in the years 2020 - 2021.2The subject of the contract was divided into 7 tasks: Task No. 1 - uniform of the security guard Task No. 2 - summer uniform of the security guard Task No. 3 - shirt of the security guard Task No. 4 - winter clothing of the security guard Task No. 5 - winter gloves of the security guard Task No. 6 - cap of the security guard Task No. 7 - badges of the security guard's official positions The contractor's quality management system must meet the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1.The subject of the contract will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1. The subject of the contract is covered by barcode marking.
The subject of the contract within the scope of task no. 1 is the delivery in the years 2020 - 2021 of uniforms of a security guard, in quantity: 2020 r.: 2280 kpl.; 2021: The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The contractor shall offer one of three variants of the contract completion dates, i.e.: - 2020 - 2 280 kpl. - until 30.09.20202021 - 2 220 kpl. - by 30.05.2021 - 20 points; - 2020 - 2 280 kpl. - by 30.10.20202021 - 2 220 pcs. - by 30.07.2021 - 10 points - 2020 - 2 280 sets. - by 30.11.2020.2021 - 2 220 pcs. - by 30.09.2021 - 0 point 3.In order to confirm that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the most, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:1) a document stating that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1;2) a current certificate confirming that the contractor has a specimen of the uniform of a security guard compliant with WDTT 120/OWC/MON and PUiW specimen (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 120/OWC/MON by the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Services) issued by an entity authorized for quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Contracting Authority. The subject of the contract within the scope of Task No. 2 is the delivery in the years 2020 - 2021 of summer uniforms of a security guard, in quantities: 2020 r.: 2280 kpl.; 2021: 2200 kpl.2 The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The contractor shall offer one of the three variants of contract completion dates, i.e.: - 2020 - 4 560 units. - until 30.09.20202021 - 4,440 units. - by 30.05.2021 - 20 points; - 2020 - 4 560 pcs. - until 30.10.20202021 - 4,440 pcs. - up to 30.07.2021 - 10 points;- 2020 - 4 560 pcs. - up to 30.11.2020.2021 - 4 440 pcs. - by 30.09.2021 - 0 point 3.In order to confirm that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:1) a document stating that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1;2) a current certificate confirming that the contractor has a specimen of a security guard's shirt-blindings in accordance with WDTT 309/OWC/MON and PUiW specimen (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 309/OWC/MON by the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the uniformed services) issued by an entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Contracting Authority. The contract shall be performed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to perform the contract (the performance date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The contractor shall offer one of the three variants of contract execution dates, i.e.: - 2020 - 2 280 pairs - until 30.09.20202021 - 2 220 pairs - until 30.05.2021 - 20 points; - 2020 - 2 280 pairs - until 30.10.20202021 - 2 220 pairs - until 30.07.2021 - 10 points; - 2020 - 2 280 pairs - until 30.11.20202021 - 2 220 pairs - until 30.09.2021 - 0 point 3.In order to confirm that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within at least 10 days:1) a document stating that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1;2) a current certificate confirming that the contractor has a factory model of winter gloves of a security guard compliant with WDTT 625/OWC/MON and the PUiW model (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 625/OWC/MON by the Commander in Chief of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the uniformed services) issued by an entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Contracting Authority. The subject matter of the contract within the scope of Task No. 6 is the delivery of security officer caps in the years 2020 - 2021, in quantities: 2020 r.: 4560 caps; 2021: 4440 units 2. The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The subject matter of the contract within the scope of Task No. 7 is the delivery of security guard's degree badges in the years 2020 - 2021, in quantities: 2020 r.: 9120 cpl.; 2021: 8880 kpl.2 The contract shall be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The contractor shall offer one of three variants of the contract completion dates, i.e.: - 2020 - 9 120 kpl. - until 30.09.20202021 - 8 880 kpl. - by 30.05.2021 - 20 points; - 2020 - 9 120 sets. - by 30.10.20202021 - 8 880 pcs. - by 30.07.2021 - 10 points - 2020 - 9 120 sets. - by 30.11.2020.2021 - 8 880 cpl. - by 30.09.2021 - 0 point 3.In order to confirm that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall request the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit the following documents within not less than 10 days:1) a document stating that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1;2) a current certificate confirming that the contractor has a specimen of the company badge of the security guard's official positions in accordance with WDTT 817/OWC/MON and the PUiW specimen (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 817/OWC/MON by the Commander in Chief of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Services) issued by an entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Contracting Authority.
