The contract has as its object the provision of long-term rental without driver of n. 87 (eighty-seven) vehicles Pick-up model, intended for the activities of the Regional Agency of Civil Protection on loan for use to voluntary organizations registered in the territorial list of voluntary organizations of civil protection of the Lazio Region, including maintenance service "full service" and with an option inherent in the right to purchase with redemption at the end of the rental contract.
The contract has as its object the provision of long-term rental without driver of n. 87 (eighty-seven) vehicles model Pick-up, intended for the activities of the Regional Agency of Civil Protection through the loan of use to voluntary organizations registered in the territorial list of voluntary organizations of civil protection of the Lazio Region, including the maintenance service "full service" and with an option inherent in the right of purchase with redemption at the end of the rental contract.The vehicles to be supplied must: - meet the minimum requirements set out in the technical annex, - be registered and tested by the MCTC, - be equipped with the logos and decorations specified, in analogy with the other vehicles of the Regional Agency of Civil Protection.The contract includes, as an integral and substantial part, the performance by the successful bidder of all administrative and fiscal duties relating to the ownership and possession, with the sole exception of those imposed by law on the driver, as well as the provision of the following related services: - routine and extraordinary maintenance of the vehicle, - routine and extraordinary maintenance of the equipment, - insurance coverage without deductible, - revisions and control of exhaust gas, - claims management and roadside assistance, - reporting and call center, - training of operators for the proper use of the vehicle.The management of fuel, as well as everything related to staff and driving the vehicles, is the sole responsibility of the agency by means of the borrower.the monthly rental fee will be inclusive of all services mentioned above, as well as the ownership tax of the vehicle.The duration of the contract is 60 (sixty) months and with an indicative assumed mileage of each vehicle equal to 20,000 km per year.The consideration on the basis of the auction, subject to discount, is determined as follows: EUR 650.00 (six hundred and fifty/00) plus VAT as a monthly rental fee for each vehicle. The price on the basis of the auction includes the supply of the vehicles, as well as all the assistance and maintenance services provided for in these specifications, for a base amount of EUR 3 393 000,00, plus VAT.At the end of the contractual period, the agency may assert the right of redemption with the purchase of the vehicles object of the rental for an amount not exceeding four monthly rentals, with a value of 226 200.00 EUR, plus VAT.With reference to the faculty referred to in Article 106, paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for a total of 678 600.00 EUR, plus VAT.The total value of the contract is 4 297 800.00 EUR, plus VAT.
