Description

The scope of the subject of the contract includes delivery and installation based on the technical documentation of 79 sets of photovoltaic installations together with a structure adjusted to the place of installation, including: a) mounted on roofs of buildings/façades of natural persons:- 13 sets of photovoltaic installations with the power of min. 2,2 kWp,- 55 sets of photovoltaic installations with min. 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations with a min. output of 3,025 kWp,- 7 sets of photovoltaic installations. 5,225 kWp,b) installed on the ground by natural persons:- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 5,225 kWp,b) installed on the ground by natural persons:- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 5,225 kWp,c) installed on the ground by natural persons:- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 5,225 kWp,d) installed on the ground by natural persons:- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 5,225 kWp,d) installed on the ground. 2,2 kWp,- 2 sets of photovoltaic systems with min. 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system with min. power of 3,025 kWp,- 1 set of photovoltaic system. 5,225 kWp.In addition, the scope of the contract includes: 1) Site preparation,2) Supporting structure preparation,3) Determination of the system structure of aluminum beams, cable trays and assembly on the roof or ground,4) Installation of photovoltaic panels on the prepared structure,5) Installation of module control devices,6) Installation of wiring in prepared cable trays,7) Installation of inverters (NOTE: the Customer requires valuation, delivery and installation of three-phase inverters in place of the one-phase inverter indicated in the technical documentation. If it is technically impossible to deliver and install the 3-phase inverter in a given location or as a result of an individual decision of the User of a given installation, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and install the 3-phase replacement single-phase inverter in place of the 3-phase inverter. The Contractor will take into account the price difference in the settlement in accordance with the statement in the submitted offer form concerning the prices of individual inverters),8) Installation of the switchgear RPV AC and RPV DC,9) Electrical connection of the switchgear RPV DC with inverters,10) Electrical connection of the switchgear RPV AC with inverters,11) Installation of a set of elements of the earthing installation and the system for compensation of the difference in electrical potentials,12) Execution of the system from data acquisition,13) Execution of electrical measurements of the entire system,14) Performing measurements of photovoltaic systems (checking the functioning of individual strings),15) Testing the start-up of the whole installation after connecting it to the distribution network,16) Training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installation and RES energy management system together with development of detailed operating instructions and their handing over to users,17) As-built inventory,18) Connection of the installation to the power grid together with notification of connection of the installation to the distribution network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. on the basis of the guidelines available on the site of the establishment. The contractor of a photovoltaic installation shall be obliged to fill in the as-built documentation enabling the connection of the installation to the power grid of the Power Plant (on grid installation),19) Execution, delivery and implementation of a system for managing energy from RES.Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the municipality of Jabłonna is carried out within the project "Renewable energy sources in the municipality of Jabłonna - photovoltaic installations" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the Regional Operational Programme of the Lublin Province for 2014-2020. Priority axis 4 Environment-friendly energy, Action 4.1 Support for the use of RES.Delivery and installation of the installation should take place in two stages. The first stage is the delivery and installation of 39 installations indicated by the Ordering Party at the time of signing the contract in the period from the date of signing the contract to 29.11.2019. The second stage is the delivery and installation of the remaining 40 installations between 1 January and 15 May 2020. The execution of the delivery and installation shall be specified in the material and financial schedule submitted by the Contractor after the signing of the contract.
