The Part I - design, supply and installation of photovoltaic systems for facilities covered by the contract located in Kaliska Municipality includes, among others: Development of design documentation (for each facility a separate project) necessary to install individual photovoltaic systems together with the energy management system and completion of the requirements of the building law allowing for the implementation of individual projects to achieve the following indicators: Number of built units for the generation of electricity from RES (49 units).Total electricity production from the installation 207.09 MWh. Additional capacity to generate energy from renewable sources 0.241 MW.Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions 170.93 (tons of CO2 equivalent).Purchase and supply of photovoltaic panels and all components of the PV system as well as the materials needed to complete the contract.Installation of photovoltaic panels with the necessary elements of the PV system.Supply of AC cables to the place provided for the bi-directional meter.Perform any adjustments to the installation in the facilities for the proper operation of the installation.Installation of inverter.Installation of separating elements.Installation of security devices in the switchgear.Perform the electrical connection to the installation in the building switchgear.Installation of the control and measurement module and the communication module.Technical start-up.Training of persons to operate the installation.Production and delivery of as-built documentation necessary for the notification and proper use of the installation by users.Other activities necessary for the proper and complete implementation of the subject of the contract.The task will be performed on a "design and build" basis. The task includes 40 individual single-family buildings and 9 buildings and public utility buildings located in Kaliska Municipality. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 1a - Functional and Utility Program and Appendix 2a - model contract. The Part II order - design, supply and installation of photovoltaic sets for the objects covered by the order located in Stara Kiszewa Municipality includes, among others: Development of project documentation (for each object a separate project) necessary to install individual photovoltaic sets together with the energy management system and completion of the requirements of the building law allowing for the implementation of individual projects to achieve the following indicators: Number of built units for generating electricity from RES (10 units), number of built units for generating electricity from RES (10 units) and number of built units for generating electricity from RES (10 units).Total production of electricity from the installation 180.54 MWh. Additional capacity to generate energy from renewable sources 0.204 MW.Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions 141.01 (tons of CO2 equivalent).Purchase and supply of photovoltaic panels and all components of the PV system as well as the materials needed to fulfill the contract.Installation of photovoltaic panels with the necessary elements of the PV system.Supply of AC cables to the place provided for the bi-directional meter.Perform any adjustments to the installation in the facilities for the proper operation of the installation.Installation of inverter.Installation of separating elements.Installation of security devices in the switchgear.Perform the electrical connection to the installation in the building switchgear.Installation of the control and measurement module and the communication module.Technical start-up.Training of persons to operate the installation.Production and delivery of as-built documentation necessary for the notification and proper use of the installation by users.Other activities necessary for the proper and complete implementation of the subject of the contract.The task will be performed on a "design and build" basis.
