Description

The subject matter of the contract entitled "Installation of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps in the area of the Town and Municipality of Chodecz" is the delivery and installation of 38 photovoltaic installations and 2 heat pumps in the area of the Town and Municipality of Chodecz. is the supply and installation of 38 photovoltaic installations and 2 heat pumps in the area of the Town and Municipality of Chodecz.2. The subject investment is co-financed under Action 3.1 Supporting generation and distribution of energy from renewable sources, Scheme: Micro-installations, Scheme 1: Residential and public buildings (excluding healthcare infrastructure) under the Regional Operational Programme of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020.3. The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender on the basis of Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019. - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended) - hereinafter also referred to as the "PPL Act", and implementing acts to this Act. The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure provided for in Article 139 of the PPL Act.
The subject matter of the contract entitled "Installation of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps in the area of the Town and Municipality of Chodecz" is the supply and installation of 38 photovoltaic installations. is the supply and installation of 38 photovoltaic systems and 2 heat pumps in the area of the Town and Municipality of Chodecz.2The investment in question is co-financed under Action 3.1 Supporting generation and distribution of energy from renewable sources, Scheme: Micro-installations, Scheme 1: Residential and public buildings (excluding healthcare infrastructure) of the Regional Operational Programme for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship 2014-2020.3. NOTE: The Employer reserves the right to change the location of the investment after signing an agreement with the Contractor and to change the technical conditions for installation of the installation on a given property in the event of resignation of any of the recipients and the need to replace them with new ones, provided that the power of the installation will not change.4.Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the project is the supply and installation of 38 photovoltaic installations and 2 heat pumps in the area of the Town and Municipality of Chodecz, in order to increase the share of energy from renewable sources in energy production in Kujawsko-Pomorskie province. The following buildings will be equipped with photovoltaic installations: Primary School in Chodecz, Kindergarten, Sports Hall in Chodecz, Chodecz Town and Municipality Office, Mielno Sewage Treatment Plant, ZGK administrative buildings in Chodecz, SUW in Pyszków.2) installation of photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of 226.74 kWp on 31 residential buildings located in the Town and Commune of Chodecz.3) installation of two heat pumps with a capacity of 8.5 kW and 8.5 kW in two residential buildings located in the Town and Commune of Chodecz.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the design documentation - Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). Detailed obligations of the contractor with respect to the performance of the contract are defined in the draft public procurement agreement - Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall make every effort to ensure that the description of the subject matter of the contract does not include any trademark, patent or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor. If a trademark, patent or origin, source or a particular process is indicated in the contract documents, it shall be for information purposes only. If in the description of the subject of the contract reference is made to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems, mentioned in art. 101 par. 1 item 2 and par. 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow offering equivalent solutions on condition that they ensure obtaining of technical parameters not worse than those defined in the above mentioned documents.
