1) The subject of the contract is the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic micro-installation with a capacity of less than 50 kWp (but not less than 49 kWp), on the roofs of 9 buildings located in Katowice, Sosnowiec, Chorzów and Cieszyn, in the formula design, supply and installation. 2) The material scope specified within the Description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 2A-2I to the SWZ), is not a closed catalog, but a minimum one for the achievement of the effect of introducing in the buildings of the University of Silesia a technology enabling the use of a source of renewable energy (solar energy) for the production of electricity for its own needs.
1) The subject of the contract is the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic micro-installation with a capacity of less than 50 kWp (but not less than 49 kWp), on the roof of Student House No. 3 in Sosnowiec, 7B Dry Street, in the formula of design, supply and installation. 2) The material scope specified under the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2A to the SWZ), is not a closed catalog, but a minimum for the achievement of the effect of introducing in the buildings of the University of Silesia a technology that allows the use of a source of renewable energy (solar energy) for the production of electricity for their own needs.3) The exact scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ and in the annexes, i.e. Annex No. 2A (OPZ) and Annex No. 3 (model contract).4) The description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes No. 2A to the SWZ.5) Deadline for the execution of the contract: up to 4 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, along with obtaining a valid document allowing the start of work (final decision on construction permit) and/or no objection to the notification of work that does not require a construction permit.6) The required minimum warranty period:a) for photovoltaic modules: a minimum of 15 years,b) for inverters: a minimum of 10 years,c) for other installed materials, equipment,
