Description

The subject of the contract covered by these specifications is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations, including- supply and installation of 16 complete photovoltaic installations for residential buildings in the Fabianki municipality, - installation of an inverter, - DC installation (including planning and agreeing on the arrangement of PV modules with project participants), - AC installation, - protection against electric shock, overvoltage, - installation of grounding and equalizing connections, - testing, testing and start-up of the photovoltaic installation,- training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installation together with the development of detailed operating manuals and their submission to the users,- connection of the installation to the power grid together with the notification on behalf of the user (property owner) of the connection of the installation to the power grid of the relevant operator (on the basis of the power of attorney granted) - on the basis of the guidelines available on the website of the plant,- development of a separate microinstallation for each of the microinstallations made by the receiving operator (in 2 copies.) containing, inter aliaThe following: as-built documentation (if there are any significant changes during the works), a set of warranty cards, tests, attestations, trials,- Carrying out warranty inspections and free of charge maintenance services during the warranty period, in accordance with the provisions of the siwz and its attachments (design, sst)- programming and start-up of the installation together with the delivery and start-up of a communication module enabling remote reading of data on energy gains for the Internet:- each participant of the program, - an employee of Fabianki Municipality - other works related to the assembly/construction process - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract included in the specification of essential terms of the contract, technical specification of execution and acceptance of works and executive designs for particular installations.Detailed description of the subject matter of the order included in the specification of essential terms and conditions of the order and design documentation for individual installations. Each contractor has the right to familiarize himself with the scope of work in the field, in accordance with the ToR and annexesThe contractor is also obliged to connect photovoltaic microinstallations to the power grid, and to prepare and send a notification enabling the installation of a bidirectional electricity meter by the obliged operator. Social clause:- on the basis of art. 29 sec. 3a of the Act of 29 January 2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2164, as amended) - not applicable - The Contracting Authority analysed the subject matter of the contract in terms of accessibility for disabled persons and determined that there is no need to specify detailed requirements in this respect in the contract in question.Note: The names of material manufacturers referred to in the designs, sst, etc. are used only to determine their general characteristics and do not restrict the use of materials of other manufacturers with parameters not inferior to those indicated in the documentation. Names of materials, devices or manufacturers that may appear in the design documentation should not be treated as imposed or suggested by the Contracting Authority. Wherever there is a name, standard, technical approval, etc. in the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. Where the contracting authority used in the description of the subject matter of the contract the designations of standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in art. 30 par. 1-3 of the PPL, they should be understood as examples. Pursuant to art. 30 sec. 4 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority, in each case, allows the application of solutions equivalent to those described in the content of the siwz. Whenever reference is made to this siwz or its annexes, the term 'or equivalent' shall be taken to mean 'or equivalent'.
