Description

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations on public buildings in the municipality of Kloczew.2 The contract is implemented under the project entitled "RES in the Municipality of Kloczew" co-financed by EU funds under the Regional Operational Programme for the Lubelskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 Priority Axis 4 Environmentally Friendly Energy Measure 4.1 Support for the use of RES.
The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 37.8 kWp on the building of Goździe Primary School, according to the description of the subject matter of the contract for part No. 1 of the procedure for the award of a public contract marked: ZP.271.1.5.2022.2 The contract is executed under the project entitled "RES in the Municipality of Kloczew", co-financed by EU funds under the Regional Operational Programme for the Lubelskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 Priority Axis 4 Environmentally Friendly Energy Measure 4.1 Support for the use of RES.3 The subject matter of the contract includes, among others 1.1) installation of switchgears, 2) laying electric wires and cables, 3) installation of accessories, 4) installation of equalizing connections, 5) installation of supporting structure for photovoltaic modules, 6) installation of photovoltaic modules, 7) installation of power supply for photovoltaic modules, 8) measures for additional protection against electric shock, 9) any other electrical works not listed above that occur during the execution of the contract,10) tests, measurements, adjustments and technological start-up of the installation,11) preparation of complete as-built documentation for the Employer (certificates, guarantees, operating instructions, detailed designs, a set of electrical measurements, a set of documents to change the meter, documentation received from the Employer with the corrections in red),12) connection to the network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. together with preparation of a set of documents and notification of installation,13) training of Users in the proper operation of the completed installations,14) preparation of service manuals containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,15) programming and start-up of the installation,16) completion of possible defects in walls, ceilings, sealing of roof coverings after the passage of cables,17) other elements included in Annex No. 8 a to SWZ for part No. 1 of the procedure.4The Contracting Authority requires that during installation the requirements of disabled persons and accessibility for them of control elements of the installation be taken into account (the installation shall be carried out in a manner ensuring the possibility of performing maintenance activities for disabled persons, in particular those using wheelchairs).5. for the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform all maintenance activities required by suppliers of the installed equipment (servicing, inspection, etc.).6.The Contractor shall provide warranty and guarantee for the performed works for the period not shorter than 3 years and not longer than 5 years from the date of signing by the Ordering Party and the Contractor of the final acceptance protocol (warranty period constitutes one of the bid evaluation criteria described in chapter XVIII of the SWZ).7 The order has to be performed according to the technical documentation constituting appendix no. 8a to SWZ for the part no 1 of the proceedings.
