Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations on public utility facilities in the Kleczew commune and town, which is implemented under the RPWP.03.01.01-30-0092/17-00 project entitled "Application of photovoltaic installations on the facilities of Konin county municipalities: Wilczyn, Stare Miasto, Kleczew, Sompolno and Kazimierz Biskupi" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under priority axis 3 "Energy" of measure 3.1 "Production and distribution of energy from renewable sources" of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020.
2) The scope of works covering 20 installations with the power and parameters specified in the functional-utility program constituting Annex 1 to this ToR shall be included in the project and workmanship. Note - Guarantee for hidden defects specified in the functional-utility program 1.7.2.1.) Apart from the obligations mentioned above, the Contractor is additionally obliged to submit, on behalf of each object user, an application to Energa Operator S.A. for specification of conditions for connection of the installation to the power grid together with necessary Attachments and an application for signing of the agreement for connection to the power grid together with necessary Attachments and monitoring of the order execution process until the moment of signing of the agreement for the object user with Energa Operator S.A. and receipt by the object user of the "Declaration on connection execution". The Contractor shall execute the subject of the order in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and art of construction, taking into account the guidelines on technical requirements for the RES installations of Energa Operator S.A. within the scope of connection of low-voltage generation sources to the power grid. The installation should be constructed in accordance with the applicable regulations and rules of technical knowledge and meet the technical and operational requirements contained in the applicable laws and guidelines of panel and inverter manufacturers. The Contractor is obliged:- to prepare the necessary design documentation by an authorized person, after prior approval of the preliminary design assumptions by the Contracting Authority, Before starting the works, within the period agreed with the Contracting Authority, take and provide the Contracting Authority with photographs of individual objects or their parts, where the works will be carried out, as well as places of access, parking, material storage, etc. to provide the Purchaser with instructions for the operation of individual devices in Polish in 2 copies, - to train each user in the operation of the installed devices and to provide a statement of such training signed by the user, - to carry out the start-up of the installation, - to carry out periodic inspections and maintenance of the installation of renewable energy sources and their individual components in accordance with the recommendations of manufacturers, - to remove any defects (including making adjustments and other activities necessary for the proper functioning of the installation of renewable energy sources) detected during the periodic or warranty inspections.5) For each object, on which the installation is to be installed, a visual inspection should be carried out, confirmed by a protocol of technical assessment of the object in terms of the possibility of installing the photovoltaic system, also including any arrangements with the user of the object. The protocol referred to in the previous sentence for its validity must be signed by the facility user and Contractor's representative.6 The cost of inspection of the property should be included by the Contractor in the price of delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations.6) The Contracting Authority reserves the right and allows for the possibility to change the size/power of photovoltaic installations specified in the functional and utility program due to the following reasons: - incorrect selection of the size/power of photovoltaic installations in the original design assumptions adopted by the Contracting Authority, - objective change affecting the correct selection of the size/power of the installation, - change of the size/power of the RES installation, accepted by the Contracting Authority, indicated/ suggested by the user of the facility on which the RES installation will be installed.7) For each building the Contractor is obliged to perform a Technological Design
