Description

1 The subject of the order is "Micro Renewable Energy Installations in Stalowa Wola". The subject of the contract is the installation of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels in households located in the Stalowa Wola Municipality. 4 The order is divided into two parts: - Part I - Photovoltaic panels Photovoltaic installations will be installed on 437 households in the Stalowa Wola Municipality - the list of households constitutes Appendix No. 15 to the SWZ. The total power of the installations will be min. 1740.80 kWp. The installed installations must be capable of producing min. 1,452.78 MWh of electricity per year, the electricity generated in them is to be used for the current needs of households and its unused surplus, transmitted to the power grid under the terms of the RES Act. - Part II - Solar panels for hot water. The number of solar collector installations includes 59 Households - the list of households is attached as Annex 16 to the SWZ. The total capacity of the installations will be approximately 227.20 kW. The installed installations will produce min. 150.70 MWh of thermal energy, assuming 500 kWh/m2 per year.
The subject of the order is "Microinstallations of RES in Stalowa Wola". The subject of the contract is the installation of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels in households located in the Stalowa Wola Municipality. (2) The project is carried out in the formula design and build entitled. "Microinstallations of RES in Stalowa Wola Municipality". The scope of the task includes design, delivery, assembly, necessary construction works and start-up of the RES installation, together with training of its future users and personnel indicated by the Orderer, together with future maintenance during the warranty period. The installations will be installed on buildings or land belonging to household owners in the area of Stalowa Wola Municipality in locations indicated in the PFU. 3 The result of the subject of the contract is the generation and supply of energy from renewable sources (thermal energy for the preparation of DHW and electricity), households located in the area of Stalowa Wola Municipality. The produced energy will be used for the Residents' own needs (in the case of photovoltaic installations, surplus electricity will be sent to the power grid). 4 The contract is divided into two parts: - Part I - Photovoltaic Panels Photovoltaic installations will be installed on 437 households from the Stalowa Wola Municipality - the list of households constitutes Appendix No. Part I of the contract includes, among other things, the development of technical documentation of the photovoltaic installation, restoration to their original state of any disturbed surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or tampered with as a result of the installation, training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the installation together with the development of operating instructions and their transfer to users, technical and technological commissioning of the installation. The detailed scope of the task (Part I photovoltaic panels) is set out in Part 1.4.1 of the PFU attached to these Terms of Reference, while the rest of the PFU is common to both Part I and Part II of the contract. (Heat yields from the same type of solar collector, depending on the installation in which it operates, can range from 300 to more than 700 kWh/m2 per year.) Households declaring participation in the Project prepare domestic hot water using a variety of technologies, including solid-fuel boilers, gas-fired boilers, instantaneous water heaters powered by electricity or gas. In each case, a connection must be made to the existing hot water system. Part II of the contract includes, among other things, the development of technical documentation of solar hot water systems, disassembly and liquidation of the existing heat source, restoration to their original state of any disturbed surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or disturbed as a result of the installation of the system, training of users as to the principles of proper operation of the installed gas-fired boiler together with the development of operating instructions and their transfer to users, technical and technological start-up of the system. The detailed scope of the task (part II - solar panels for hot water) is specified in part 1.4.2 of the PFU, which is an annex to these Terms of Reference, while the rest of the PFU is common to both part I and part II of the contract.
