Description

1. Delivery and installation of solar collector installations in the Municipality of Masłowice, including: 1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation available to the Ordering Party, 103 sets of solar collector installations together with a structure adapted to the installation site, including: a) 37 sets (which includes: a) 37 sets of solar collectors: 2 collectors and a 200 dm3 tank) mounted on roofs or facades or terraces of residential buildings of natural persons,b) 58 sets (consisting of: 3 collectors and a 300 dm3 tank) mounted on roofs or facades or terraces of residential buildings of natural persons,c) 8 sets (consisting of: 4 collectors and a 400 dm3 tank) mounted on roofs or facades or terraces of residential buildings of natural persons,2) disassembly of an existing heater c.3) installation of a new hot water heater with a mixing valve and installation of it in the hot water circuit,4) installation and insulation of pipelines between collectors, pump group and hot water heater,5) installation of pump group,6) installation of temperature sensors in solar collectors and tank,7) connection of existing heat source to the hot water heater,89) filling, venting and appropriate liquid flow regulation as well as determining the correct pressure according to the solar collector manufacturer's instructions,10) finishing at least in accordance with the original state of the area around the system passages (plaster / insulation, 11) programming and commissioning of the automation system together with connecting a WLAN communication modem to the regulator in order to read the energy yield parameters via the Internet for 11 units. The controller records the daily, monthly and annual energy stored by solar collectors on a microSD or SD card and enables to transfer the stored information to a mobile external device. The controller or additional module for communication with the network has a built-in WiFi based on radio communication for wireless connection to the local existing network (WLAN) and cooperation with the monitoring system,12) programming and starting the automation system together with connecting the communication modem to the controller and attaching it to the wall next to the pump group,13) training the installation user in the operation of the devices used. Each device should have attached Technical and Operational Documentation, user manual and general installation diagram.2. Detailed scope of work (Description of the subject matter of the Order) is included in Appendix 1a to the ToR (part 1 of the Order - solar collectors). Delivery and installation of biomass boilers in the Municipality of Masłowice, including: 1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation available to the Ordering Party of 3 biomass boilers with a heating power of 25 kW in residential buildings of natural persons,2) dismantling of the existing boiler (the dismantled boiler is at the disposal of the owner of the facility),3) installation of a flue pipe to the chimney,4) installation of installation security devices,5) installation of the boiler connection to the central heating system,6) installation of the boiler connection to the central heating system.u,7) installation of circulation pumps,8) installation of control and regulation system,9) tests, tests and start-ups of biomass boiler plant installation,10) restoration to the original state of all damaged surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or damaged as a result of installation installation,11) programming and commissioning of the automation system together with connecting the WLAN communication modem to the regulator in order to read the parameters of energy gain via the Internet for 1 pc. The detailed scope of work (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix No. 1b to the ToR (part 2 of the order - biomass boilers). 1. delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Masłowice, including: 1) delivery and installation based on the technical documentation of 74 sets of photovoltaic installations and a structure adapted to the installation site, including: a) 8 sets of photovoltaic installations consisting of 8 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels of min. (b) 1 set of photovoltaic installations consisting of 8 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels with a min. power of 2,12 kWp mounted on roofs or facades of residential buildings of natural persons c) 41 sets of photovoltaic installations consisting of 12 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels with min. power of 2,12 kWp installed on the roof of the farm building of a natural person, c) 41 sets of photovoltaic installations consisting of 12 pieces of polycrystalline photovoltaic panels with min. power of 2,12 kWp installed on the roof of the farm building. (d) 5 photovoltaic system kits consisting of 12 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 3,18 kWp installed on roofs or facades of residential buildings of natural persons 3,18 kWp installed on the roofs of farm buildings of natural persons,e) 1 set of photovoltaic installations consisting of 12 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels of min. power of 3,18 kWp. f) 11 sets of photovoltaic installations consisting of 19 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels with min. power of 3.18 kWp, installed on the ground of a natural person, f) 11 sets of photovoltaic installations consisting of 19 pieces of polycrystalline photovoltaic panels with min. power of 3.18 kWp. 5,035 kWp to be installed on roofs or facades of dwellings of natural persons, (g) 7 photovoltaic system kits consisting of 19 polycrystalline photovoltaic panels of min. 5,035 kWp installed on roofs of farm buildings for private individuals,2) installation of inverters,3) DC installation,4) AC installation,5) protection against electric shock, overvoltage,6) installation of earthing and equalizing connections,7) tests, tests and start-ups of photovoltaic installation,8) training users on the principles of correct operation of a photovoltaic installation together with development of detailed operating instructions and their handing over to users,9) connection of the installation to the power grid together with notification of connection of the installation to the distribution network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. on the basis of the guidelines available on the site of the establishment.2The detailed scope of works (Description of the subject of the Order) is included in Appendix No. 1c to the ToR (part 3 of the order - photovoltaic installations).
