The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency [Forsvarsbygg] intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the purchase of top system software for alarm reception. The software must be installed, configured and operated locally on the hardware on which it is installed in cooperation with the system owner.The system as a whole must be able to be approved for security. The tenderer is now expected to assist the contracting authority with the approval.In the long term, the system owner will mainly operate and support the system themselves, but there is a need for an ongoing maintenance agreement for upgrades, support and course agreements. Therefore, the tenderer must also make resources available after implementation.
