Description
The call for tenders is issued in accordance with articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded partly at a global and fixed price and partly at unit prices and executed by means of purchase orders. The all-inclusive and lump-sum part includes the following services:
- concession and rights of use, project management, installation of the solution, parameterization, support during the acceptance process, data transfer, training,
- warranty, maintenance and support.
The part of the framework agreement with purchase orders concerns additional services in the areas of project management, development, data transfer and integration, training and indexing.
The maximum amount shall be EUR 60 000 excluding VAT. The deal is done without minimums. The duration of the contract is 4 years from the date of its notification.
