Description

(1) The subject of the contract is to develop 400 templates of electronic medical records for the HIS AMMS system possessed by the Ordering Party, in order to implement the project entitled "Construction of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian system for providing access to electronic medical records within the framework of ROP WK-P for 2014-2020". The subject matter of the order requires the preservation of the methodology of work on forms and medical records compatible with the Ordering Party's Asseco AMMS system.
(1) The subject of the order is to develop 400 templates of electronic medical records for the HIS AMMS system owned by the Ordering Party, in order to implement the project entitled "Construction of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian system of providing access to electronic medical records within the framework of ROP WK-P for 2014-2020". The subject matter of the contract requires the preservation of the methodology of work on forms and medical records consistent with the Ordering Party's Asseco AMMS system in its possession.1.1 The price specification of the ordered services is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.1.2 The description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of services is described in Appendix 3 to the SWZ.
