Description

The contract is to be awarded for the creation of an overall system on the basis of a Content Management System (CMS) as an information and editorial system for the Research Information System (FIS) of the BMVI, including the bringing about of operational readiness, operation, system service and further development of the overall system. This CMS can be built on the existing framework (Web-Genesis, further information can be found at: https://www.iosb.fraunhofer.de/servlet/is/18052/) or created using standard software (see definition EVB-IT System-AGB). The tasks include user support, support and all operational administrations. The creation, further development and maintenance as well as the operation of the application FIS has to be carried out in accordance with the data protection regulations. The Contractor shall provide the corresponding technical infrastructure (WebGenesis® or comparable) named under Figure 2 as well as all systems required for operation (e.g. hardware, server operating systems, database systems, security systems, etc.) with the functionalities described in Chapter 2 of the SC.Data processing shall take place within the framework of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (so-called Data Protection Basic Regulation - DSGVO). The Client and the Contractor hereby conclude the attached agreement on order processing: see Appendix 1 to the LBThe system is to be put into operation with full functionality no later than 2 months after the award of contract has been made.
