Description

The Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) is the central authority of the Free State of Bavaria for food safety, health, veterinary affairs and occupational health and safety/product safety.The LGL is subordinate to the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection (StMUV), the Bavarian State Ministry for Health and Care (StMGP) and the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs (StMAS). The aim of this tender is the procurement, installation, implementation as well as service and support of a VoIP telecommunication system including applications - in short VoIP-TK-System or VoIP-TKS. The existing telecommunications systems, including all connected terminals or terminal connections, are to be replaced by a modern Voice over IP telecommunications system with connected applications that meets today's standards.
The aim of this tender is the procurement, installation, implementation as well as the service and support of a VoIP telecommunication system including applications - in short VoIP-TK system or VoIP-TKS.The previous PBX systems including all connected terminals or terminal connections are to be replaced by a modern Voice over IP telecommunication system with connected applications that complies with today's standards.The client chooses an on premise system architecture and solution approach for this. The system is to combine a highly available on premise enterprise VoIP solution with connected applications and value-added services into a highly available and highly scalable platform in an overall system. The service provision shall commence as of the award of contract and in accordance with the further definition according to the project contract (Annex B1) and the service description (Annex B2).
