The HZD operates a large number of different services for the Hessian state administration on the Internet and in the state's common intranet. Among other things, an information portal serves to provide current and fundamental information about the work of the state government and the state administration, as well as to process current topics in the media. An administration portal provides information on administrative services and their provision and bundling. Central topics are the connection of third-party systems, e.g. authentication and payment components, the integration of application procedures as well as the integration into a Germany-wide portal network. The employee portal supports the state employees in the performance of their duties and allows target group-specific or personalised access to numerous information and transaction systems used within the country. This extensive portal landscape is constantly being further developed, both technically and technically, with regard to technological innovations as well as refinement and expansion of the offerings and improvement of accessibility. In addition to the state of Hesse, the FITKO (Federal IT Cooperation), based in Frankfurt am Main, which is to be established as an independent public law institution (AöR) from 1 January 2020, is also entitled to receive the services to be put out to tender: Profile 1: Conception of web presences or portals, Profile 2: Layout and design of web presencesOr portals, Profile 3: Social media strategies.the client assures a minimum purchase quantity of 105 person days per contract year over the 3 profiles.
