Description

For the coming funding period 2021-2027, the Free State of Bavaria is preparing a new Operational Programme for the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) in Bavaria under the objective "Investments in Employment and Growth". In this context, the contracting authority (the Bavarian State Ministry for Family, Labour and Social Affairs, represented by the ESF managing authority) in Bavaria is obliged under Article 66(1)(e) of the draft general regulation to set up an electronic system to record and store the data necessary for the monitoring, evaluation, financial management, verification and audit of each project and to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data and the authentication of users.The contract to be awarded comprises programming as well as maintenance, operation (optional) and consulting services on the IT-related handling of the system and further development of both the Internet-based (operating system and browser-independent) software and the technical infrastructure required for this purpose.
