The contracting authority therefore needs automated processes where the objective is to offer real-time management and predicted and personal services.The contracting authority requires a tenderer who has good experience and references for completed projects related to public administration in municipalities by using RPA technology, AI, data analyses, data architecture and Dataflow. The tenderer must contribute to the municipalities achieving goals given in the Digi Rogaland digitization strategy with a special focus on standardisation and common architecture (data architecture) where the objective is to give the people in Rogaland equal access to public digital services.
