Description

The object of the framework agreement is the development of "SCORM-compliant" learning objects, course components, online testing, online courses, instructional films (i. e. a non-exhaustive list) and support in the field of learning systems, project management and follow-up and instructional design.
For lot 1, contractors- for e-didactics,- for setting up/introducing innovation with regard to online learning,- for setting up and supervising projects with regard to online learning. The possible (parts of) assignments concern one or more of the following aspects:1. verbal discussion of the general project;2. needs research among the target group;3. Determination of the training objectives and effectiveness parameters;4. writing the didactic design and script, taking into account the technical context and possibilities of VDAB;5. writing processes or script;6. estimating or calculating capacity needs;7. supervising test or pilot phases or implementation;8. evaluation of the project and remedial actions;9. advising on evolution/choice of OAT, formats and LMS/xAPI;10. (depending on the assignment) transfer of knowledge to the VDAB for updating the delivered material. The possible (parts of) assignments concern one or more of the following aspects:1. analysis: in this first step, the aim is to get a clear view of the material and the characteristics of the target group. This is done through interviews with specialists (from the VDAB or external experts you are looking for yourself) who provide all the information on the subject or by reviewing existing course material;2. design: in the design phase, the concrete development of the course is prepared. This is done by drawing up a list of the basic material to be collected, and by fully elaborating a small representative part of the course;3. development: per learning objective, several learning objects such as theory, illustration, exercises and tests, ... are now developed. are now designed per learning objective. In this step, fast, regular feedback and systematic approvals are essential;4. maintenance: online learning takes place in a complex, constantly changing environment. That is why a maintenance phase is foreseen in the development process. Based on feedback from users, coaches, ... improvements can be made to the course material. This guarantees a solid topicality and quality in the longer term;5. knowledge transfer (depending on the assignment): knowledge transfer to VDAB for updating the delivered material, knowledge transfer to instructors/coaches about incorporating the online module in the "blended" learning process;6. delivery of content: delivery of full or partial content for the production of online learning material. This lot 3 includes the technical creation of "assets" (infographic, image, drawing, animation, gif, video, ...) that can later be built into online courses and tests by VDAB. The didactic learning objectives of these "assets" must therefore be taken into account as much as possible. The possible steps within an assignment can include the following activities:1. oral discussion of the general project and the specific learning objects;2. creation of prototype(s) taking into account the target group and the technical possibilities of VDAB;3. approval of prototype(s) by VDAB;4. delivery of "assets" with source files and accompanying documents for knowledge transfer.
