Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery, Implementation, Maintenance and Warranty services of the ERP Integrated Information System supporting the management of the University, hereinafter referred to as the SYSTEM, together with the provision of services for the development of the SYSTEM, including: a) project organization; b) performance of the Pre-implementation Analysis using the Standard Version of the system together with delivery of the Implementation Concept document, the scope of which has been described in point 12 of Appendix No. 1a to the ToR; c) installation of three server environments, including Production, development and testing environments; d) providing a license and installing the standard version of the SYSTEM in Environments: e) performing modification of the standard System and launching the SYSTEM in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the Order and the Implementation Concept developed at the stage of the Pre-implementation Analysis; f) integration of the System (as a whole) with the systems used by the Orderer, in accordance with the description in item 12 of Annex No. 1a to the ToR and the Implementation Concept; g) data migration; h) training of users, programmers and administrators; i) provision of Assistance after the start; j) provision of the SYSTEM Maintenance service including m) the maintenance of the System.Among others, updates resulting from changes in legal regulations and the Guarantee Service covering, among others, removal of defects (including Errors) detected during the use of the SYSTEM; k) provision of Services for the development of the SYSTEM in the total number of 1280 man-hours; the Contractor is obliged to carry out the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement constituting attachment No. 8 to the ToR. Detailed description of the subject of the order, its required functionalities and external reporting are specified in attachments No. 1a, 1b and 1c to the ToR respectively.Comprehensive execution of the subject matter of the contract referred to in item 2 shall be carried out in the following stages, the detailed description of which is contained in Annexes 1a,1b,1c, 8 to the ToR:1) Stage 0 - Project organisation,2) Stage I - Pre-implementation analysis,3) Stage II - Execution of the SYSTEM:a) Purchase of licenses and Software that is necessary to carry out the Implementation, including the purchase of the license of the Standard Version of the System, operating systems, databases and access licenses required to them, with the right of the Ordering Party to upgrade without incurring additional costs during the period of the SYSTEM Maintenance and Service during the warranty period,b) Installation and configuration of three independent server Environments, i.e. Production, development and testing environment for the needs of the Implementation,c) Installation of the standard version of the SYSTEM in three Server Environments,d) SYSTEM parameterization,e) Integration of the SYSTEM with the systems operating at the Customer's premises,f) Test data migration,g) Conducting training in the field of SYSTEM operation,h) Performing functional, cross-sectional, process, performance and safety/vulnerability tests in accordance with the assumptions set out at the Pre-implementation Analysis stage,i) Upgrade adjustments,j) Production data migration,4) Stage III - Startup and stabilization of SYSTEM operation (Assistance after start)5) Stage IV - Final acceptance6) Stage V - SYSTEM maintenance and service during the warranty period.6 The Ordering Party reserves the right to make comments (reservations) in the scope of correctness of the order execution, including its scope and method of work execution, at each stage of the contract execution, in writing, by fax or electronically. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, its required functionalities and external reporting are specified in Annexes 1a, 1b and 1c to the ToR (which constitute Annexes 1a, 1b and 1c to the ToR respectively).
