Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the SAM system, the service of syst. Detailed information is contained in the procedure documentation (ToR and model contract), available on the website https://zamowienia.psgaz.pl/, progress. publ. no. 2020/W001/WP-002757.
The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the SAM system, SAM maintenance service and consulting and development support service. The subject matter of the contract covers:1.1. delivery and implementation of the SAM system in three stages;1.2. granting or ensuring appropriate licenses for the software included in the SAM system in the number ensuring operation of the SAM system in the Orderer's environment under the conditions specified in the contract;1.3. provision of SAM maintenance services, under which the Contractor is obliged to provide technical support for the SAM system for a period of 36 months from the date of implementation of the SAM system;1.4. provision of consultancy and development support services in the number of maximum 1,200 man-hours for a period of 36 months from the date of implementation of the SAM system. Consultation and development support services shall be provided each time on the basis of an individual order placed by the Ordering Party, which shall be priced by the Contractor in man-hours based on the consultant's hourly rate. The Contracting Authority shall not be obliged to use the above-mentioned services in their entirety.
