Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and implementation of an ERP-class human resources and payroll system for the Technical University of Łódź.
1. The subject matter of the contract is "Supply and implementation of an ERP class human resources and payroll system for the Technical University of Łódź", including in particular1) Conducting a pre-implementation analysis;2) Providing licenses for the offered System and for the software necessary for its proper operation;3) Installing the Software in the Purchaser's hardware and software environment (Purchaser's Infrastructure);4) Implementing the System and providing user instructions;5) Customizing and testing the System;6) Data migration;7) Conducting user training;8) Providing 150 days of assistance (a day is counted as 8 hours);9) Preparing Documentation;10) Providing service care (maintenance) within 36 months from the completion of System implementation, confirmed by a final protocol for implementation work;11) Providing warranty within 36 months from the date of signing by the parties of the final protocol for implementation work.2Description of the subject matter of the contract is defined in Attachment no.
